Ken is known throughout the national title industry as a leading
authority on residential real estate and settlement practices in the attorney states. Recognizing the industry's need for a true centralized and comprehensive solution across the attorney states, he founded PC Law Associates in 2007. His leadership and insight have since been showcased at numerous national conferences and forums.
Before founding the firm, Ken practiced law both in private practice and in government service as Counsel for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Ken earned his B.A. from Haverford College and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mary is nationally recognized for her extensive knowledge of attorney‑state practice, and known for her rare ability to translate complex legal, economic, and operational considerations into compliant and scalable solutions for the firm’s clients. Her insight and judgment are regularly sought out by industry partners navigating the intricacies of multi‑state real estate and regulatory frameworks.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Mary has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's footprint and service offerings. She is known for her strategic approach and her talent for advancing operational efficiencies while underscoring the firm's commitment to exceptional client service.
Mary earned both her B.A. and J.D. from Duquesne University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
